A

Gram positive,
ziehl-neelson positive acid/alcohol fast
cell wall cant be stained so use fluorescent dyes like methyl blue
Broth; henley sauton chord
Solid; egg, serum agar or glycerine potatoe
Selective; petragnani(green), acid treatment or animal trial.
