treatment for MG
- symptoms
- immunosuppresion
- osteoporosis
symptoms: anticholinesterase
immunosuppression: pred for relapse
osteoporsis - prophylaxis
steriod
thymoectomy
when should you do a thymoectomy?
if onset before 50 y/o and anticholinerse not controlling it
what happens in MG crisis
weakness of resp muscles in relapse - can be life threatening
