Origins- ant part of calcaneus, inf extensor retinaculum
Insertions- Med tendon= to base of prox phalanx of great toe
Tendons 2-4= lat side of extensor hood
Innervation- Deep Peroneal L5-S1
Actions- extension at MTP joints, assists lumbricals to extend IP joints
