A
2 types
Performance (short term)
- cramming
- forget very quickly
Learning (long term)
- distributed practice may be helpful
- practicing a while, take a break for a period, forgets a lil bit but retain most, build off that

Types of feedback

A

Extrinsic Feedback - uses external feedback (not you) like coaches or video and the feedback is received after the movement
Intrinsic feedback - usually sensory information that you receive during and after the motion
