What is staling of data?
When co-ordination sequence of iFACTS sectors is broken by a non-iFACTS sector (e.g. TC or PC). Subsequent iFACTS sectors may have obsolete data recorded if the non-iFACTS sector has changed any clearances (except flight levels)
What should the planner do if there is a red interaction in the SM at less than 3 mins?
Interrogate the interaction and confirm the tac is taking appropriate action (if necessary) to ensure separation is maintained?
When can an NFL magenta highlight be cleared?
When entry conditions have been met and the a/c is within the sector

Callsign, time estimate for COP, SSR code, flight level, and any other pertinent information requested by receiving sector
