Under what conditions may a/c be transferred to/from S29 without co-ordination?
A/c is at its RFL

What traffic is RFC with S3/4?
All traffic co-ordinated with S3/4 is RFC - If co-ordinated at FL290 then RFC subject to co-ordination with S34
If S28 offer an a/c to S3 at FL290, what should S3 do before changing the RFL above FL290?
Co-ordinating via phone with both S28 and S34
What are the levels of the area delegated from S29 to S28 between TNT and RODOL
FL255-285
What actions should the S28P perform to co-ordinate a LTMA o/b with S29?
Co-ordinate with S29P
If S29 don’t want to work, annotate with SCL as normal and inform S3
If S29 do want to work and stopped off, enter the new XFL and hit manual co-ordinate. S29 will enter Field 8 amendment
What should happen if an a/c routing via PENIL cannot make FL280 by RODOL?
Should be stopped off below FL290 and transferred to S29, who will co-ordinate with S7
What should happen with an a/c routing via UM65 or UL28, co-ordinated at FL290?
Should be transfered on a radar heading to ensure a/c remains on or east of the RODOL-TENSO track
The centreline of which airway must be displayed on the radar map? Why is this?
UM16. S3/4 will ensure traffic remain to the north of the centreline, unless co-ordinated with S28/34
What is the max level a NS/NL/NC (IoM/Barrow/Carlisle) can be co-ordinated out at?
FL280 (i.e. not in S3/4)
Does an a/c from S4/7 have to be level at it’s co-ordinated level when entering S27/32?
No, it can be climbing/descending to it’s co-ordinated level
What traffic from S4/7 is RFT?
All LTMA i/b (except JACKO arrivals) are RFT
When must the RFD line be displayed? What is its purpose?
Must be displayed when S27/32 are split. S27/32T must not descend a/c north/west of this line without co-ordination
What levels are LTMA/HH/HI/Farn i/b RFD to from S4/7?
Bottom of offering sector, i.e. FL290 from S7 and FL340 from S4
When DTY N and S are split apart, S27/32 must not go east of which line without co-ordination with S28/34?
