Mobilising exercises for Hip Extension:
- Warm up
- Manual therapy or Re-eduation Board
- Exercise
WU: straight leg pendular swings Re-ed board - EOR push 30s Longitudinal Caudad (if time) 1. Step stance extensions with felt pad under foot 2. Kneeling lunge into extension 3. step back lunge (bad leg goes back)

WU: Pendular Hip Swings
Re-ed board
Longitudinal caudad (if time)
1. 4 point kneeling - sit back on heels - EOR push 30s
2. Stepping up onto high step - lean forwards
3. Lying hip flexion static stretch with towel - 30s x 3

WU: Gentle step ups on the spot A/P tibia Re-ed board 1. Heel to bum slides in supine with pad under foot 2. AA slides using a belt 3. 4 point kneel 4. Static hamstring stretch - 3 x 30s

WU: Gentle step ups on the spot A/P femur and P/A tibia re-ed board 1. Heel to bum in supine with pad under foot 2. standing extensions with felt pad 3. wall walk ups - EOR push 30s 4. gym ball roll outs

WU: ankle paddling P/A talus or A/P fibula 1. rolling a ball under a foot 2. toe taps to targets 3. four point kneeling 4. Active assisted plantar flexion with hand - EOR push 30s

1. heel slides with felt pad - in sitting
2. step stance extensions to targets - bent knee

WU: Ankle paddling with rotation
Medial glide calcaneous and P/A calcaneous
1. gravity assisted inversion - lie on good side - EOR push 30s
2. wide stance lunge - bend unaffected leg
3. ball rolls
4. wobble boadrd
5. active assisted turning in with belt
