Collaboration
A group of people working together to achieve a common goal via a process of feedback & iteration
Cooperation
A group of people working together, all doing essentially the same type of work, to accomplish a job

Operational Decisions

Decisions that support broad-scope organizational issues
• Ex: Should we start a new product line? Should we open a centralized warehouse in Tennessee? Should we acquire company A?
Structured Decision
Process for which there is an understood and accepted method for making decisions
Unstructured Decision
Process for which there is no agreed-on decision-making method
