- non-pruritic, clear, fragile 1mm veslices, most commonly on face and trunk
- seen in neonates and adults in hot climates

How does miliaria rubra present?
A
- pruritic, erythematous 1-3mm papules/pustules in neonates and adults in hot climates
- most commonly on neck and upper trunk

How does miliaria profunda present?
A
- non-pruritic, white, 1-3mm papules
- on adults in hot climates (often with multiple bouts of miliaria rubra)
- trunk and proximal extremities most often affected
