Manejo de post expo de rabia
1) Px vacunado-> 2 vacc + limpiar herida con yodo.
2) pz nunca vacunado-> 4 vacc +limpiar herida con yodo + inmunoglobilina anti-rapica
Manejo Pre-eposure rabies-> (4)
1) Traveling to country with widespread rabies.
2) activity will bring you into contact with domestic/wild animales (vet,biologist,agricultural specialist)
3) Remote areas where medical care is limited or deleyed (hiking)
4) Staying >1m in a area where dog rabies is common.
