Explain digestive method:
A
(using of trypsin)
- 15 g of meat sample is cut into small pieces and mixed with 40 ml of digestion solution (trypsin + buffer) in the electric mixer
- digestion of the sample for 30 min.
- filtration through the sieve into 4 tubes
- centrifuge 5 min/1000 rpm
- supernatant is discarded and sediment from 4 tubes is pooled in one tube
- centrifuge 2min/1000 rpm
- supernatant is discarded and 2-3 drops from the sediment are placed on a glass slide, covered with a coverslip and examined
can be used for sarcocystis
