What is Flexion?
A bending movement around a joint (as the knee or elbow) in an arm or leg that lessens the angle between bones of the arm or leg at the joint
What is Extension?
An unbending movement around a joint in a limb (as the knee or elbow) that increases the angle between the bones of the limb at the joint
What is Radial Deviation?
Bending or curvature of a finger toward the radial side (i.e., towards the thumb).
What is Ulnar Deviation?
Bending or curvature of a finger toward the Ulna side (i.e., towards the Pinky).
Movement away from the midline is?
Abduction
Movement towards the midline.
Adduction
