Inferolat through lacrimal bones + inf orbital floor + rim through/near inf orbital foramen
Inf through ant wall maxillary sinus

A

start at nasofrontal + frontomaxillary sutures, extend post along med wall orbit through NL groove + ethmoid bones
continues along inf orbital fissure, continues superolaterally through lat orbital wall, through zyogmatic arch
