context?
recently launched
Feature?
first dedicated mission of ISRO’s commercial arm, NewSpace India Ltd

19(13:USA ; 5:India ; Amaazonia : Brazil)
what is Amazonia-1?
first fully Brazilian-made satellite, which would help to monitor the Amazon forests
Give details of 5 Indian satellite?
- Satish Dhawan SAT (SDSAT) built by Space Kidz India
- satellite intended to study the radiation levels, space weather and demonstrate long-range communication technologies.
- UNITYsat, a combination of three satellites for providing radio relay services
- DRDO satellite
Bhagvad gita sent in SD card
What is PSLV?
- indigenously-developed expendable launch system of the ISRO.
- can reach upto Geo Synchronous Transfer Orbit, Lower Earth Orbit, and Polar Sun Synchronous Orbit.
- all it’s operations are controlled from the Satish Dhawan Space Center, Sriharikota
PSLV v/s GSLV
- PSLV was developed to launch low-Earth Orbit satellites into polar and sun synchronous orbitS
- GSLV was developed to launch the heavier INSAT class of geosynchronous satellites into orbit. In its third and final stage, GSLV uses the indigenously developed cryogenic upper stage.
What is a geostationary orbit?
https://encrypted-tbn0.gstatic.com/images?q=tbn:ANd9GcS-ff1PSISIsxIutqywnDfIyWuE0NBiJtcW1w&usqp=CAU
above Earth’s equator and following the direction of Earth’s rotation is geostationary orbit
What is a geosynchronous orbit?
In a geosynchronous orbit, a satellite orbits Earth at the same speed as the planet is turning, enabling it to stay in place over a single location i.e.is in sync with earth hence geosynchronous
What is a polar orbit?
satellite passes above both poles
What is a transfer orbit?
Intermediate elliptical orbit that is used to move a satellite from one circular orbit to another.
