A

The TPM agency, which helps Māori health care during lockdown, asked the Ministry of Health (MOH) for data on unvaccinated Māori. The MOH said no for general reasons. The TPM agency seek judicial review (JR) because the MOH and government should follow Treaty of Waitangi (TOW) principles and respect Māori customs (tikanga) in their decisions.
