this is good bc PM and Cabinet are elected and accountable, whereas GG is only accountable to the queen

cabinet is a creature of convention that makes policy decisions for the executive branch and therefor often the legislative branch making them the most powerful body in the executive

its own rules laid out in the cabinet manual

although the cabinet manual isn’t hard law
the cabinet still follows it as if it was binding
if the cabinet manual is not followed…
