  3. 400ft AGL and 84kts, flaps up

  5. Clear obstacles, climb at 95 kts
  6. 1000ft, electric fuel pumps off (one at a time)

Minimum Altitudes

A
  • Simulated engine failures will be practiced on dual flights only.
  • Simulated engine failures initiated below 3000 AGL will only utilize the power level.
  • Simulated engine failures in the pattern will be initiated no lower than 400 AGL per the ACS.
  • All multi-engine maneuvers will be completed no lower than 3000 feet above ground level (AGL).
  • VMC Demos will be conducted above 3000 AGL in accordance with the ACS (Typically 5000 AGL).

  14. Increase power on inoperative engine
