The intersection created by Giancarlo between the three Mancino Vermouth: Secco, Bianco and Rosso, based on a a Barbera D’asti D.O.C.G with the addition of pure China Calissaja. The palate is rich, deep and bitter with the notes of the red wine that gives to the Chinato all the characteristic to be a remarkable digestive and aperitif.
