    Our Origin Series Sauvignon Blan is sourced entirely from the unique Dillons Point area of Marlborough, giving the wine its focused, fruit driven flavor profile and hints of minerality. The crisp personality of Origin Series greets you with generous aromas of passion fruit and guava. These exotic tropical fruit characters come through on the rich palate, mingling with notes of grapefruit, lemon and peach layered with herbaceous notes of fresh-cut grass. Refreshingly crisp on the finish, with a lingering sense of sea spray and minerality.

    At sight. it has an attractive greenish yellow colour in the nose, you can perceive typical notes of Sauvignon Blanc from the Valle de Uco, being key the early harvest to achieve the presence of late tropical aroma such as herbaceous herbs reminiscent of the ruda. Very fresh in the mouth due to a very good natural acidity in which the aroma perceived in the nose is reflected in the taste

  • Tasting notes: Pinot Grigio from Pinot Grigio grapes, fermented as a white wine. It has an intense straw-yellow colour; its aroma is intense, full and fruity, with excellent persistence. Its taste is dry, velvety, and particularly well-orchestrated for its full body.
  • Aging: The wine is left to age on the lees in stainless steel tanks for about six months and a few months in the bottle.

    It makes an excellent partner for soups, starters, especially vegetable based such as asparagus, peas, courgette, egg based dishes or seafood and fresh water fish dishes. It is an excellent aperitif, especially when served with simple canapés.

  • Tasting Notes:
    Brilliant straw yellow colour with greenish hints; the delicate nose is reminiscent of almond blossoms and marzipan; good depth of fruit on the palate, nicely balanced by a zingy acidity that enhances its long length.
  • Aging:
    The wine remains in glass-lined cement tanks on the fine lees for a period which varies according to the vintage. In the spring following the harvest the wine is bottled and then released after at least a further month in bottle.

    The Language of Yes Les Fruits Rouge Central Coast Pink Wine is a medium salmon-colored rose in which both Grenache and Cinsaut show their varietal typicity and inspire the moniker, ‘Les Fruits Rouges. The 2% addition of Tibouren may seem like a homeopathic addition but adds additional complexity and elegance to the blend. On the nose, one instantly finds the tell-tale strawberry rhubarb/white peppery notes of Grenache with suggestions of apricot, lavender and tarragon. On top sits the elegant essence of Cherry, almost certainly emanating from the Cinsaut. Grahm recommends resisting the urge to serve this wine cold, “as one might miss a bit of the aromatic pyrotechnics.”
