A

A

NCCT head to exclude haemorrhagic stroke
IV Alteplase (thrombolysis, plasminogen activator)
Aspirin 300mg for 2 weeks (NSAID, antiplatelet)
Lifelong Clopidogrel 75mg (antiplatelet)
