Scrotum
A tightly coiled tube that receives and stores sperm from one testis. (male reproductive system)
Epididymis
A duct that travels upward out of the scrotum, bends behind the bladder, and connects with left and right ejaculatory duct that empties to the urethra. (male reproductive system)
Vas Deferens
Extends to the length of the penis and carries both urine and semen out of the body. (male reproductive system)
Urethra
The fluid that carries sperm and other components. (male reproductive system)
Semen
Secretes the most fluid in semen. The secretions includes fructose, and prostaglandins. (male reproductive system)
Seminal vesicles
A walnut sized organ that wraps around the urethra that releases an alkaline fluid to help the sperm to swim. (male reproductive system)
