who usually gets direct inguinal hernias?
men over 40
what happens to finger when feeling for direct inguinal hernia?
hernia bulges anteriorly and it pushes side of finger forward
femoral hernia is most common in who?
females

below inguinal ligament and lateral than inguinal hernias, never in scrotum, inguinal canal is empty
orchitis
inflammation of testes, hard to tell from epididymitis
