POORLY DEVELOPED AT BIRTH
- Poorly developed at birth
- Do not reach until adult levels until age 15

Detected at IAT
May be IgM, IgG, IgA
Anti-Lu^a
- IgG (IgG4) although IgM and IgA is noted
- Reactive @37 deg cel DAT
- made in Pregnancy or Transfusion
- SHORTENED SURVIVAL OF TRANSFUSED CELLS and POSTTRANSFUSION JAUNDICE
