Removes toxins from the body’s blood supply , maintains healthy blood sugar levels, regulates blood clotting
What is the purpose of the spleen
Stores and filters blood, makes white blood cells that protect from infection
What is the purpose of the kidneys
To remove waste from the blood and return the cleaned blood back to the body
What is the purpose of the bladder
To store and pass urine
What is the purpose of the pancreas
Enzymes that aid in the digestion of fat, starch, and protein. Produces insulin and glucagon (hormones) that regulate the amount of glucose in the blood

What is emphysema
Emphysema is a lung condition that causes shortness of breath. In people with emphysema, the air sacs in the lungs (alveoli) are damaged. (Smoking causes this)
What is Respiratory acidosis
Respiratory acidosis is when your blood is acidic because your lungs can’t remove carbon dioxide. Causes include breathing problems.
What is a Beta-2 agonists
Beta-2 agonists, also known as bronchodilators, are a class of drugs used to treat respiratory diseases like asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). They work by relaxing the muscles in the airways, making it easier to breathe.
Cyanosis of the skin is due to?
Cyanosis is due to decrease in the supply of oxygen in the skin. Oxygen is supplied via circulation of the blood through the arteries. A decrease in arterial oxygen can result in cyanosis
