1) tibia - talus - calcaneus - ground
2) tibia - talus - calcaneus - cuboid - metatarsals 4 & 5
3) tibia - talus - navicular - cuneiforms - MTP joints (balls of feet)
lumbosacral plexus ventral rami
L1-S4
superior clunial nerves ventral rami and innervation
L1-L3 - sensory to superior buttock skin
middle clunial nerves ventral rami and innervation
S1-S3 - sensory to skin of sacrum and adjacent buttock (anus)
inferior clunial nerves ventral rami and innervation
S2, S3 - sensory to skin of inferior buttock
Sciatic ventral rami
L4-S3
superior gluteal nerves ventral rami and innervation
L4-S1 - posterior division nerve to gluteal muscles and TFL
inferior gluteal nerves ventral rami and innervation
L5-S2 - posterior division nerve to gluteal muscles and TFL
femoral nerve ventral rami and innervation
L2-L4 - posterior division nerve to anterior thigh, extensors
obturator nerve ventral rami and innervation
L2-L4 - anterior division nerve to medial thigh, adductors/flexors
