Pump 1:
Header Pressure 130 psig [5 sec TD]
Loss of Power to Panel
Pump 2:
Header Pressure 120 psig [10 sec TD]
Loss of Power to Panel
Pump 3:
Header Pressure 110 psig [15 sec TD]
Loss of Power to Panel
Jockey pump maintains system pressure > 130 psig (35 gpm)

Jockey pump operated locally in “Hand” position. Auto position non-functional.

- Pumps AND Volume NOT FUNCTIONAL (Restore in 24 hours)
- Underground Piping NOT FUNCTIONAL (Restore in 24 hours)
