- QT interval greater than 0.44 seconds or 11 small squares.

What leads will it be most prevalent in ?

however may be more prominent in some leads compared to others.

Signs and symptoms of long QT
A
Family history
syncope
sudden cardiac arrest

Significance
A
- Prolonged QT is associated with life-threatening tachyarrrythmias and sudden cardiac arrest.
