Fixed Wing:
Mode A & C, 7010, monitor 129.550, not above A1.4 GW QNH. North and East boundary only unless cleared.

Non transponder: arrival via 129.55, departure by GS A, may depart on direct track without reference to TC Luton.
Non radio: VFR only, via GS A.
SVFR: Exceptionally, and only deps. Radio and xpndr required, via GS A.

Day and occasionally night.
Non radio not permitted.

Dep: GS A to pass details. Squawk and clearance. Normally south not above A1.5, may give lower initially. Coord witj twr prior to dep.
Arrival:
Contact INT, reverse of above.
