What is the stable approach criteria?

A

Speed +10 / -5kts of Vapp or magenta target.
Descent rate of 1,000’pm or as briefed
Wings level with small corrections to maintain intended flight path
Pitch attitude between -2.5* and 10*
PAPI - 3 whites or reds
TVASIS - 2 whites high or low.

Note: when circling or offset approach must be satisfied by 500’AGL or Go Around.
