Call for starter cutout
Before taxi
Generators - on Probe heat - on Wing and engine anti ice- as required A/C packs - Auto Isolation valve - Auto APU bleed switch - off APU switch - off (will auto shutdown after 60 sec) Engine start switch - cont Flaps - set ( upon captains command) Lower DU - blank once captain has finished Transponder - Set Recall - check
Before takeoff
Cabin - secure
Weather or terrain - select
When entering the runway
Runway and hold point - confirm Strobes - on Landing lights - on Other lights - as required Heading - cross check Transponder - TA/RA
After Takeoff
Packs - on Bleeds - on Ignition - as required Auto brake - off Gear - off
Descent
ATIS - obtain Build plan Bugs Baro Brakes Brief OCTWOF
Approach
Cabin - secure call approx 30 mins before arrival
Seat belt signs - on at 15,000’
At 10,000’- fixed landing lights on
Altimeter - crosscheck
At 5,000’ - signal cabin crew for arrival
Landing
Flaps extend - on schedule Gear - down Flaps 15' Start switches - cont Speedbrake - armed Flaps - final
After landing
APU - start Probe heat - auto Lights - as required Start switches - off Weather radar - off Auto brake - off Flaps - up on captains request Transponder - as required
Shutdown
Park brake - on
Electrical power - set APU or GPU
Engine start levers - cutoff (captain)
At 10% N1
Fasten belts - off Anti collision lights - off Fuel pumps - set Cabin and IFE power - as required Anti ice - off Hydraulic panel - set Air conditioning panel - set Bleed panel - set External lights - set F/D switches - off Transponder - standby Park brake - as required APU - as required
