What are the five services provided by ATS?

An ATS unit that provides services pertinent to the arrival and departure phases of flight at uncontrolled aerodromes and for transit through a MF area.

Unit Operational Record
Used to record any info and data recorded on paper, electronic medium or any other documentation of operational events, activities and actions during unit operations.
How often is a Unit Operational Record made and what are the three items which it includes?
Recorded on a daily basis starting at 0000 local time and consists of the unit log, forms and documents, and magnetic and digital recordings.

Used to record any non-routine operations.
