དེ་རིང་གནམ་གཤིས་ཡག་པོ་འདུག
The weather is nice today.
འདི་ལ་ཁོར་ཡུག་གཙང་མ་འདུག
The environment is clean here.
ནམ་དུས་བཞི་ཡོད་རེད།
There are four seasons.
དུས་བཞི་ནི་དགུན་ཁ་དང་། དཔྱིད་ཀ དབྱར་ཀ སྟོན་ཀ་རེད།
The four seasons are winter, spring, summer and fall.
དབྱར་ཀ་ཆར་པ་འབབ་ཀྱི་རེད།
It rains in the summer.
སྟོན་ཀ་ལོ་མ་ཟག་གི་རེད།
In fall, the leaves fall (from the trees).
དགུན་ཁ་གྲང་མོ་ཡོད་རེད།
It is cold in the winter.
དཔྱིད་ཀ་སྤང་ཐང་ལ་མེ་ཏོག་ཤར་གྱི་རེད།
Flowers blossom in the summer on the meadow.
ཤར་ནས་ཉི་མ་ཤར་གྱི་རེད།
From the east, the sun rises.
རྒྱ་གར་ལྷོ་ཕྱོགས་ལ་ཚ་བ་ཚ་པོ་ཡོད་རེད།
It is very hot, great heat in South India. (lit. heat hot)
ཉི་མ་ནུབ་ལ་ནུབ་ཀྱི་རེད།
The sun sets in the west.
བོད་རྒྱ་གར་གྱི་བྱང་ལ་ཡོད་རེད།
Tibet is north of India.
ཞོགས་གས་སྔ་པོ་ལངས་ཀྱི་ཡོད།
(I) get up early in the morning.
ཉིན་གུང་རྒྱབ་ལ་རྨོ་རྨོ་ལགས་ངལ་གསོ་རྒྱག་གི་ཡོད་རེད།
In the afternoon (my) grandmother takes rest.
དགོང་མོ་ཟླ་བ་ཤར་གྱི་རེད།
In the evening the moon rises.
ནམ་མཁའ་ལ་སྤྲིན་པ་མང་པོ་འཁྲིགས་འདུག
There are a lot of clouds in the sky.
དེང་སང་ཚ་གྲང་ཡག་པོ་འདུག
These days the temperature is good.
དབྱར་ཀ་ཚ་བ་ཆེན་པོ་འདུག
There is great heat in the summer.
དཔྱིད་ཀ་དྲོད་ཏོག་ཙམ་སླེབས་ཀྱི་རེད།
In spring, a little warmth comes.
ལྷགས་པ་ཆེན་པོ་རྒྱག་གི་འདུག
It is very windy.
སྟོན་ཀ་ལོ་མ་ཚང་མ་སེར་པོ་དང་དམར་པོ་ཆགས་ཀྱི་རེད།
In autumn, all the leaves become yellow and red.
ཁྱེད་རང་ཆར་དུས་ལ་ཉོབ་ཀྱི་འདུག་གས།
Do you dislike the rainy season?
ང་ས་ཆ་མང་པོ་ལ་འགྲོ་ཡག་ལ་དགའ་པོ་ཡོད།
I like to go to many places.
གྲོང་ཁྱེར་ལ་མཁའ་རླུང་གཙང་མ་ཡོད་མ་རེད།
In the city, the air is not clean.
བོད་ལ་གངས་མང་པོ་འབབ་ཀྱི་རེད།
It snows a lot in Tibet.
ཆར་པ་མང་པོ་བབས་ན་ཡག་པོ་འདུག་གས།
Is it good if it rains a lot?
སེར་ར་བཏང་ན་སྟོན་ཐོག་ཡག་པོ་ཡོད་མ་རེད།
If it hails, there is no good harvest.
རླུང་པོ་བརྒྱབ་ནས་ཤིང་སྡོང་ཆག་སོང་།
Because the wind blew, the tree fell. (lit. broke)
སྨུག་པ་མང་པོ་འཐིབ་འདུག
It is very foggy.
ཁྱེད་རང་ཚ་བ་འཚིག་གི་མི་འདུག་གས།
Aren’t you feeling hot?
ཁྱེད་རང་གྲང་གི་མི་འདུག་གས།
Aren’t you feeling cold?
ཁྱེད་རང་གནམ་གཤིས་གྲང་མོ་ལ་ཉོབ་ཀྱི་མི་འདུག་ག
You do not get upset about cold weather, do you?
དུག་སློག་མང་པོ་གྱོན་དགོས་རེད།
One has to put lots of clothes.
འབྲུག་སྐད་བརྒྱབ་ན་ང་ཞེད་ཀྱི་འདུག
When it thunders, I’m afraid.
ནམ་མཁའ་ལ་གློག་འཁྱུག་གི་རེད།
There is a lightning in the sky.

Some years ago, there was a big earthquake in Nepal.

In Dharamśala, the temperature is balanced.

It is good if one drinks a lot of hot water.

In the winter, the weather is cold.

When it is fresh, it is pleasant.
གནམ་གཤིས་སྡུག་ཅག་ཡོད་ན་འཁྱམ་འཁྱམ་ལ་འགྲོ་གི་མེད།
If the weather is bad, I do not go for walks.
སྤང་ཐང་ལྗང་ཐིང་ཐིང་ཡོད་རེད།
The meadow is bright green.
ལྡི་ལི་ལ་ཚ་བ་ཆེན་པོ་ཡོད་རེད།
It is terribly hot in Delhi.
ཨ་མ་མ། ཆར་པ་གང་འདྲས་ཤུགས་ཆེན་པོ་རྒྱག་གི་འདུག
Oh my dear! How hard it is raining!
ད་ལྟ་ཉི་མ་ཡག་པོ་སྟོན་གྱི་འདུག
Now, the sun is shining nicely.
ངའི་ལུང་པ་ལ་སྤྱིར་བཏང་སྟོན་ཀ་སྨུག་པ་མང་པོ་འཁོར་གྱི་ཡོད་རེད།
Generally, in fall in my country, it is often foggy.
ནམ་རྒྱུན་ཞོགས་ཀས་ཆུ་ཚོད་དྲུག་པ་ལ་ཡར་ལངས་ཀྱི་ཡོད།
Usually, I get up at six in the morning.
ང་ཉི་མ་རྟག་པར་སྐོར་ར་རྒྱག་གི་ཡོད།
I encircle (do kora) every day.
ང་ལོ་ལྟར་ངའི་ལུང་པ་ལ་ལོག་གི་ཡོད།
I return to my country every year.

In spring a lot of different types of flowers blossom.

Today it is very hot. Therefore we all go swimming.

In my country, it does not snow as much as in Tibet.

The leaves are various colors. Therefore, they appear very beautiful.

I’m really freezing.

The sun rises in the morning.
དགོང་དག་ཉི་མ་ནུབ་ཀྱི་རེད།
The sun sets in the evening.
ས་རུབ་ན་མཐོང་གི་མ་རེད།
If it gets dark, one does not see.
ཁོར་ཡུག་སྲུང་སྐྱོབ་བྱེད་ཡག་དེ་གལ་ཆེན་པོ་ཞེ་དྲག་ཡོད་རེད།
It is very important to protect the environment.
ནམ་མཁའ་ལ་སྤྲིན་པ་མང་པོ་འཁྲིགས་འདུག
It is very cloudy.
རྒྱ་གར་དང་ངའི་ལུང་པའི་གནམ་གཤིས་རྦད་དེ་ཁག་ཁག་རེད།
India’s and my country’s weather are totally different.
དེ་དུས་གནམ་གཤིས་སྐྱིད་པོ་ཞེ་དྲག་ཡོད་རེད།
That time, the weather is extremely nice.
