1) Individual posses- less common characteristic than rest of population- statistically rare

3) E.g. IQ score

In a Normal Distribution Curve
What are the evaluation points of statistical infrequency?
π- cut off point- subjective- abnormal or normal?- dividing line- e.g. IQ 70/71
