What are the evaluation points of deviation from social norms?

A

๐Ÿ‘Ž- โœ–๏ธ always clearly indicate- psychological abnormality- difficult- differentiate- person abnormal or odd/eccentric- e.g. ppl who streak- odd, deviates from social norms- BUT not mentally ๐Ÿง  disturbed
