Screening interviews
preliminary interviews designed to fill gaps left on the candidates application form or resume, sometimes serving recruitment as well as selection functions
Speed interviewing
a series of short 5-15 minute consecutive interviews

panel interviews
conducted by two or more interviewers together at one time
serial interviews
a series of interviews where the applicant is interviewed separately by each of two or more interviewers
Situational, behavioural, experienced based
looks to the future (a dilemma), looks to the past (general with probes), job specific
mini interviews
version of speed interview where applicants participatie in a circuit of 12 eight minute interviews with 12 different interviewers at 12 different stations
