Is a good action just doing what is necessary by law?
A
- No. A good action could exist outside the law ie. giving to charity.

Do all bad actions have to be illegal?
A
- Not necessarily. Adultery and abortion are examples of bad actions (for many people) and aren’t illegal.

-“You shall not comitt adultery but if you look at a woman lustfully you already have.”

What would Christians think?
If someone comitts a crime, they are evil.
A
- God created all humans good so no they aren’t evil.
- But, because we have all been born with original sin, we all have the tendency to do evil.

Give ways in which crime could be punished in the UK.

1.) Life sentence in prison
2.) Small time in prison
3.) Fines
4.) Community service
no punishment for crime should harm the offender
