general rule
hypothesis

expectation/prediction
operationalisation
testing
test hypothesis
compare data to prediction
evaluation =
interpret results in terms of hypothesis
verschil tussen population, sample en sampling distribution
Population distribution: the distribution of a characteristic within an entire population.
Sample Distribution: the distribution of a characteristic within a specific sample taken from the population.
Sampling Distribution: the distribution of a statistic (e.g., mean or standard deviation) calculated from multiple random samples of the same size from the population. –> all the possible statistics if the null hypothesis is true
welke formule hoort bij een binomial distribution
p(k success out of n trials | probability p) =
