What does the pectoral girdle do?
joins the arms to the axial skeleton
What is the pectoral girdle made up of?
clavicle(collar bones) and scapula (shoulder blades)
Where does the clavicle attach?
sternum medially, scapula laterally

What are the four main parts of the appendicular skeleton?
Pectoral girdle
upper limbs
lower limbs
pelvic girdle
What two tubercles are used to move the elbow and where are they located?
radial and ulna tubercles, located at the proximal end of the radius and ulna
What are the carpals?
the 8 wrist bones
