What is PCR?
It is the heating and cooling to make specific regions of DNA
How does PCR work?
The temp is raised for the strand to denature and separate. Primers bind and copy sequences. Then, tack binds and add strands.
What is the Amanda Knox case?
It the murder of a British student done by an American student
What was the catch in the Knox case?
There was no DNA found from Amanda or her boyfriend
What happened to Amanda Knox?
She was accused of murder twice with her boyfriend but remained their innocence.

How is DNA interpreted?
They use samples but many are degraded or have multiple people or small samples.
What was the Lucas Anderson case?
It was the wrongful case where he was convicted of murder against someone else. This happened through the transfer of DNA through the monitor used.
