What is the anatomical location of the gall bladder?
Intersection of the midclavicular line and transpyloric plane
What are the 2 anatomical surfaces of the liver?
Diaphragmatic, visceral
What are the 2 lobes of the liver?
Right lobe, left lobe
What separates the left and right lobes of the liver?
The falciform ligament
What are the 4 ‘areas’ of the inferior surface of the liver that reflect the organs it sits next to?
Bare area, renal area, colic area, gastric area
