- Fortress (Hebrew meaning)
- The city of Enoch
- David’s city, also Jerusalem (fortress city in Jerusalem or Mount Zion)
- A state of being (of one heart that is pure)
- New Jerusalem (in the Holy Land)
a. The Glory of God did lighten it
b. There is no temple there, because the whole city is the temple
c. Presence of God will be there - New (world) Jerusalem in Jackson County, Missouri
a. The gathering of Israel will proceed this - A gathering place

- There will be no temple, bc the whole city will be a temple
- The Glory of God will lighten it, the presence of God will be there

- It comes from Isaiah 54:2
- It is a metaphor for a tent stake
- Lengthen the cords of thy tent, make the tent larger to fit more people

- The world is going to get worse, but the righteous are also going to get better
- Pres. Kimball’s vision is a Zion that starts in the family

- Satan was laughing and rejoicing about the wickedness and misery of the people
- To give him vision for his prophetic calling

• Enoch is surprised that such a powerful being can weep over mere humans
