DSM-5 Major Depression
A
- single or recurrent depressive episode MD episode: - depressive mood (nearly everyday) - little interest - gain and loss in weight - insomnia, hypersomnia nearly everyday - fatigue / loss of energy nearly everyday - guilt, worthlessness - concentration decreases - thinking about death, suicide - 5 or more needed (in 2 week period)
