A
Fixed mindset- ability levels are fixed, how well someone does a task is largely due to factors outside of their control
Growth- ability levels can change, how well someone does a task is largely due to the effort and learned skill

Over-simplistic, difficult to measure which mindset people have as they can have both, depending on the occasion
