In business, speed matters. Many decisions and actions are reversible and do not require extensive analysis

They have determination; they disagree and compromise
Leaders are obligated to respectfully challenge decisions when they disagree, even if it is uncomfortable or exhausting. Leaders show determination and tenacity. They do not give in to peer pressure just to achieve harmony in their team. When a decision is made, they fully support it.
