Tensor Fasciae latae (lateral side)
PRONE:
Abd knee off table and F knee
IT band
Abd leg off table, maybe slightly F hip
Lateral hamstring
PRONE or supine:
F knee and tibia ER with Abd, add compression to calcaneus
Medial hamstring
PRONE or supine:
F knee and tibia IR with Add, add compression to calcaneus
Lateral meniscus
Thigh ABd off table, F knee slightly by resting on doc’s leg and then add IR/ER to tibia
Medial meniscus
Thigh Abd off table, F knee slightly by resting on doc’s leg and then ADd and IR tibia
Anterior cruciate
Pillow under distal FEMUR
Downward force to proximal tibia
Posterior cruciate
Pillow under proximal TIBIA
Downward force to distal femur
Popliteus
PRONE:
Knee F and tibia IR
Gastrocnemius
PRONE:
Knee F and dorsum of foot on doc’s thigh and add compression on calcaneus
Medial ankle
LATERAL RECUMBANT on opposite side with pillow under affected leg:
Inversion with slight IR
Lateral ankle
LATERAL RECUMBANT on affected side with pillow under affected leg:
Eversion with slight ER
Flexion calcaneus (quadratus plantae)
PRONE:
Knee F with dorsum of foot on doc’s thigh, translate calcaneus toward forefoot
Navicular
PRONE or not:
Knee F with dorsum of foot on doc’s thigh, plantar flexion of subtalar joint and supination of forefoot
