- Supreme Court. Prohibition of liquor sales not a violation of due process because in the public interest.

A
- Supreme Court. Held that limiting households to particular definition of “one-family” (based on relatedness) did not violate due process or equal protections clause. Thus extended the concept of zoning under police power to include a community’s desired for certain types of lifestyles.

- Supreme Court. Case where rezone from SF to MF was denied. Found insufficient evidence that denial was racially discriminatory.

- NJ Supreme Court. Found exclusionary zoning was discriminatory and prevented affordable housing.
