Three single: epiglottis, thyroid, cricoid
Three paired: arytenoid, corniculate, cuneiform
Sensory nerve supply
Above vocal chords: internal laryngeal nerve of superior laryngeal of vagus
Below vocal chords: recurrent laryngeal nerve of vagus
Blood supply
Above: superior thyroid artery gives of the superior laryngeal artery which penetrates the thyrohyoid membrane along with the internal laryngeal nerve of superior laryngeal of Vagus
Below: inferior laryngeal artery comes from the inferior thyroid artery and enters the larynx with the recurrent laryngeal nerve of Vagus
