First choice
A
- CT scan urgent
- Full bloods - acute abdomen

General principles
A
- Supportive care - initial ABCDE
- Escalate patient with shock to senior clinician
- Maybe fluid resuscitation
- Analgesia - morphine
- Treat underlying cause as early as possible
