What effect does each turn of the GEAR EXTN handle have?

Answer 1

Pull the gear crank out, and turn clockwise for three turns. This

1. Releases hydraulic pressure to the gear
2. Opens the gear doors
3. Unlocks the gear

Assuming a loss of Green and Yellow system pressure, what source is available for braking?

Yellow – BRK ACCU PR ONLY

By selecting the A/SKID and N/W STRG switch OFF (per Loss of Braking Memory items), what effect does this have on the braking system?

Answer 3

Green Hydraulic pressure is shut off to the Normal Brake System. Yellow hydraulic system supplies pressure to the brakes without anti-skid protection.

What do the red UNLK lights on the Landing Gear panel represent?

Answer 4

Landing Gear is not locked in the selected position
