Prevents the MAIN landing gear from being retracted with the wheels spinning
What is the purpose of touchdown protection?
Prevents the aircraft from touching down with the main landing gear brakes applied
When is touchdown protection deactivated?
Three seconds after WOW detected or when wheel speed is above 50kts
How many full emergency brake applications can the accumulators supply?

WOW indication = inflight
Wheel speed = below 60kts
Brake control system = no faults
Brake pedal position = not pressed
